To first practice what we preach, to be responsible to our own well being which in turn increases the well being of our neighbors and our planet.
To shed light on the profound advantages of simplicity, self-sufficiency, and self-reliance. To help make evident that solutions to all problems, great and small, are found in us as individuals not as countries, political parties, or social movements.
To help create a better understanding of the need to live in accord with the dictates of nature. To demonstrate by our own practices and products how absurd the notion that chemicals and toxins are necessary to grow our food or that drugs are necessary to maintain health. To offer WITHOUT EXCEPTION only food that is grown sustainably and organically.
To make available information that is difficult to find or non-existent in today's corporate driven media, and to share it openly and readily to all who wish to take control of their own health and well being.
